Rajani Kanth Plays Guest Role In Ra. One Movie.

Super star Shahrukh Khan’s upcoming movie ‘Ra.One’ is his most ambitious flick till date. The star is now leaving no stone un-turned to make the movie even more exciting. The makers are now trying to bring in the south super star Rajinikanth to do a cameo for the movie.



After all no action and superhero oriented movie can be complete without the presence of the person, who has already done so many action flicks. Rajini in the movie will be seen doing an action sequence with all the arms and gadgets on him.


Seems like, the south star will be appearing similar to his appearance in the block buster movie ‘Robot’. Sources from the production have said that his entry has been planned in a car.

Jr NTR is a Software professional works in a reputed software company, where heroine also works as a team lead. Jr NTR has lost his father in his early age and is pampered & brought up by his mother. Hero Jr NTR will watch the Villain while killing someone. Villain leaves him without killing by just taking his details. After few scenes villain will get news that someone has complained about the murder case for which villain thinks NTR may be the person who complained on this murder.

Villain comes to NTR’s place where he is living and will hit him on his head with the rod .Villain thinks that NTR died and he goes, after that NTR will be hospitalized. Doctors will save the NTR, but NTR gets a different type of disease. The disease is he will change into a different character depending on the dream he got last night and he won’t forget that dream till he gets next dream. How NTR kills the Villain is the rest of story. Second half is full performance oriented movie with full of variances with various dimensions.

MAA to Ban Tollywood Heroines

The Movie Artists Association (MAA) has decided to ban Telugu cinema actresses who do not take membership in the association. Top Telugu movie heroines like Tamanna, Trisha, Samantha, Nithya Menon, Genelia, Shriya Saran, Sneha, etc have been slapped with notices from MAA directing them to take its membership. In its notice, MAA asked these heroines to register within 15 days i.e before October 1, 2011, failing which they shall be banned from Tollywood it seems. The association has also taken few other key decisions as part of Telugu cinema journey to 80 years.

NTR Insulted Tamanna on Stage!

Yes, It's true! All this happened during the audio launch of the much talked film 'Oosaravelli'. During his speech, NTR spoke high about everyone who were part of the film. He took time to speak about the key members of Oosaravelli team. He called upon young producer Bapineedu and spoke very good words about him. His love towards Devi Sri Prasad is
seen. He also told good things about writer Vakkantham Vamsi. But he missed to say a word about his lead lady Tamanna.

However, NTR didn't mention the name of his lead lady Tamanna intentionally. Even, the duo didn't shake hands and didn't exchange any pleasantries, when they came face-to-face with each other. "All is not well between NTR and Tamanna. There were cold wibes between them, during the shoot of the film. Though Tamanna tried to resolve the issue, NTR is not showing any interest," said a source close to the unit.

Daggubati Rana Injured Seriously!!

Daggubati Rana who is currently shooting for his Hindi movie ‘Department’ is reportedly injured. The incident took place when he was shooting for an action sequence at a steel factory in the outskirts of Mumbai. It is heard that Rana suffered grave injuries on his knees and shoulder. According to unit members, Rana was supposed to jump on few boxes and due to mistiming and miscalculation he ended up landing on his knees and even his knee caps protection broke.

Now, he is suffering with an injured knee and a badly bruised
shoulder. It is heard that he is returning to Hyderabad tomorrow. Sources say Rana has been advised to take rest for few days and he would be taking part in few close up shots and not take part in action sequences till his knees are healed. To add to the woes, it is heard that when Rana met with the injury, there was no medical help around since the location was away from the city. So the local fighters put in few ice packs. Get well soon Rana!!

Bodyguard 2nd weekend collection

Salman Khan’s ‘Bodyguard’ which is released on Eid (August 31st) has turned has a blockbuster. ‘Bodyguard’ is the third biggest grosser film ever, after ‘3 Idiots’ Rs. 202 crore and ‘Dabangg’ Rs. 145 crore.

In its second weekend the film has collected Rs. 14.55 crore nett in 3days and its opening weekend the film has collected Rs. 88.93 crore.

The collection figures of the film for the second weekend are; Friday Rs. 3.53 crore, Saturday Rs. 5.02 crore and Sunday Rs. 6 crore.

‘Bodyguard’ has totally collected Rs. 129.3 crore nett.

Telugu Film Industry completes 80 years

Tollywood  completes 80 years on September 15th and to commemorate this occasion,  the entire industry is going to celebrate the day. On this very day in 1931, First film of Telugu Industry, ‘Bhakta Prahlada’. Produced and directed by H.M. Reddy on the banner of Krishna Films was released.
Munipalli Subbayya acted as Hiranyakashipudu, Surabhi Kamalabai essayed the role of Leelavathi, Krishna Rao portrayed Prahladudu and the Legendary L.V. Prasad was Moddabbai.
An event would be held at Ramanaidu Kalyanamandapam in Filmnagar. ‘Tollywood’ flags will be hoisted on every studio. This event will be grandly celebrated every year.

NTR Has No Sexy Taste

 

 

The common sutra in the cine circuit is that when hero has taste, the makers will shape the heroine up in such a way to suit his tastes. Allu Arjun got it done with Tamannah for his movie ‘Badrinath’ and she sizzled. But that doesn’t seem to be the case with Junior NTR, as per sources.

Well, all this talk is happening after seeing the first few stills of Tamannah in the film ‘Oosaravelli’.

Many are saying not much of oomph factor or sex appeal is seen like in ‘Badrinath’. The comment is - Tammu is not looking as hot and lecherous as she was in ‘Badrinath’. The primary reason for that is being attributed to Junior NTR. The cine folks say “If only Junior focused on making use of Tamannah’s beauty, the team would have taken special efforts for that. Of course, it is still too early to make decisions but the first look feelers is like this. Let us hope Tammu has enough ammunition to offer in the film atleast.”

The waiting is over for 150th movie

As he embarks on his 150th film, Chiranjeevi says he has no regrets about the brickbats he received, his entry to politics or his daughter’s marriage going wrong.

There can be only one Chiranjeevi. In dance, there have been and are many technically perfect dancers in the Indian film industry but none could bring in the perfect rhythm and grace that Chiranjeevi did. No other actor could whip up the kind of mass hysteria that he does on the eve of his film’s release. The announcement of his return to films for his 150th film too sent his fans into a frenzy and now they are in a festive mood as the charming actor has begun to make his presence felt just when the Telugu film industry was feeling his absence. His 150th film titled Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy will revolve around the Indian freedom struggle and would in all probability be his last, as he gears up to take on more important responsibilities as a politician.
Nursing a sore throat that he’d got from tasting teertham from many Ganesh pandals, Chiranjeevi laughs and remarks that it isn’t quite correct to use the term ‘back to films‘. “There is a difference between saying the girl has `come to her parents home’ and the girl has left her hubby and returned to her parents’ home.”

In a relaxed mood on Saturday morning, the actor recounts his experiences on his entry in politics. He actually sees a similarity between his debuts in the political and film fields. “Keeping the winning and losing aspects aside, I feel it has been a wonderful start. My first film Praanam Khareedu was a flop but that didn’t stop me from becoming successful. So it is in politics. The emotional turbulence I had gone through, the challenges I took up at that age, the debut in a different alien area… yet the journey itself was enjoyable. Now I don’t see 18 seats as a number, I see people’s affection, faith and the trust they reposed on me, I see responsibility. I may be a veteran in films but I’m still young in politics. Stardom didn’t come to me easily and I know it will come in politics too when the time is right. I’m going through a feeling of enthusiasm and struggle in politics just as I did in my first few films.”

Don’t people say politics is a drama without make up? Chiranjeevi avers that in every field there is an amount of negativity but he prefers to draw only the positivesfrom his experiences. “I’ve learnt, evolved through the bitter experiences, trained to live through it. If you wish to see hatred, you’ll see only that. I’ve derived strength through my honesty. There are many people in good positions without vested interests seeking politics as a wonderful platform to serve people. I took up films to make a living, but now I want to live for the people. Politics is not a necessity, it is a boon. If one day people hurled eggs at me, they also showered me with flowers; after rain there is always sunshine.”

Chiranjeevi is looking more handsome than ever, having lost ten kilos in two years. The glow is back on his face and he looks content. He bares his heart, “The smile and contentment you see is because of my daughter. She is back with me; I was agonised to see her marry a wrong person. The fact that she realised the mistake and regretted it makes me happy. Just when I thought everything was going fine, I was jolted out of my complacency. I’ve seen my life dip in the last few years. The emotional turbulence made me introspect and analyse. I had to wait for the dust to settle but for that I needed patience and a positive attitude. Also one got to be surrounded by positive people, without these people I would have lost the opportunity to move ahead.”

The actor says sternly that it is not in his nature to distance people or nurse grudges;he had forgiven a lot of people. “Those who left me are getting back now… my friends, my staff. The experience has made me emotionally strong, I’ve learnt to take it easy, I’m not going to let people affect me, they cannot make me cry. You know your strength only when someone hits you. Now I know that I’m strong enough to be in politics.”

Balakrishna Contesting In 2014 Elections

Nandamuri Balakrishna declared that he is going to contest in 2014 elections for Assembly. He came to Anantapur to play Star Cricket match and spoke to media. He said, "It is sure that I'm contesting in coming elections. But I'm yet to decide from which constituency I need to contest. I'm going to play active role in TDP".

When asked about his desire to become CM, he said, "I have

no idea of becoming CM at present. I'll work towards strengthening the party". So, Balakrishna is also taking Chiru's path and planning to enter Assembly by 2014.
