Chiru And Jagan Joined Hands

Congress party in the state is of the feeling that MP Chiranjeevi and YSR-C Chief Jagan have joined hands now. They have joined hands in becoming the headache to the party but nothing in physical.

Apparently, CM Kiran is right now worried by two major political groups in the state. One is megastar Chiru's group that is lobbying strongly for the post of CM for their leader. Second one is Jagan's party that is always using opportunities created by Congress rivals to knock him down. On the flip side, Kiran is finding it easy to handle Botsa, DL and even TRS Party and their issue.

Reports are saying that already a few Telangana based anti-CM groups have joined hands to extend their support to Chiru, to make him next boss of state.

YSR-C on the other hand is attracting more and more leaders from Congress every day. Though no one is coming into public now, they will give punch to ruling party all of a sudden, says an analyst.

If these things happen, Kiran will face a forced exit in the state. Off course, that will lead to the collapse of whole AP Congress but not just him. Let us see how our CM will handle these headaches.

If Jagan Becomes CM, What About Us?

Celebrity face of Telangana Rashtra Samithi has expressed a doubt regarding their position if at all Jagan become CM in 2014. TRS MP Vijayashanti has held a press meet today to condemn Vijayamma's dharna in Sircilla.

'If Jagan becomes CM, what about us? Our position in T-area will be miserable if YSR-C comes to power. That party is full of rowdies and gundas', Vijayashanti accused. The dynamic lady MP expressed fear that Telangana will be ruled by Rayalseema factionists if Jagan comes to power. In view of some the fights that happened today at Sircilla between Jagan party's cadres and TRS supporting students, Vijayashanti said this. 'To kill the T-cause, CM Kiran has joined hands with the Jagan during prez poll and this is their second step', she adds. The MP demanded YSR-C to declare their stand on Telangana.

TRS is fighting from the last 10 years and there is no development from their side to the region despite of huge fights and damages to property. Let TRS declare their stand about welfare of people first!

Proved! YSR-C Is Anti-Telangana Party

TRS MP Vinod has fired on Jagan's party for giving support to Pranab Mukherjee in the presidential election. They say that Vijayamma is no way concerned about anyone else in the state except her son.

Earlier YSR-C has declared that they are extending support to UPA candidates Pranab and Ansari for President and Vice-President posts. Nellore MP Mekapati has issued a press-note on Jagan's name clearing the party stand in prez-polls. However, TRS is not able to digest this decision of Jagan and is making severe accusations now. 'Only for the sake of Jagan's bail, Vijayamma has joined hands with UPA to vote for staunch Telangana opponent, Pranab Mukherjee. This clearly proves that YSR-C is an anti Telangana party and people should teach them a lesson again like in Parkal', stressed TRS MP Vinod.

When YSR-C is telling clearly that they have opted for Pranab, as they have only two people as options, TRS' words are not sounding true.

TDP MLA gives shock to Jagan

Nuziveedu MLA Chinnam Ramakotaiah will soon resign from Telugu Desam and join the ruling Congress. Surprisingly, this move is a big shock for YSR Congress, not TDP. This disgruntled MLA has been criticizing the TDP leadership for sometime now and the party too had come to a conclusion that he would quit someday.

Chinnam who is in talks with YSR Congress party since few months asked Jagan to accept his conditions before joining YSRC. However, Yuva Neta didn't accept them and instead kept the MLA waiting for months thinking that he would join his party anyway.

In a shocking development, Chinnam announced on Sunday that he would be joining Congress soon and also openly expressed his support to UPA presidential candidate Pranab Mukherjee. By loosing Chinnam, YSRC missed a chance to increase its MLAs count by one. Jagan's loss is Congress gain!

Jagan takes Congress side, shocks BJP

YSR Congress party chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy is all set to vote for UPA candidate Pranab Mukherjee in the upcoming Presidential poll.

Party leaders say, Jagan had made up his mind to support Pranab Mukherjee over BJP candidate Sangma after much thought. The reason for doing so is that Jagan doesn't want to lose the secular tag attached to his party by extending support to BJP candidate, as this move will distance muslims from YSRC. Another reason behind YSR Congress stand is that Pranab Mukherjee might probably win the Presidential poll even without the support the support of Jagan. So, being on the winning side is a better idea rather than committing suicide by supporting losing candidate.

By taking Pranab's side in the Presidential poll, he made it clear that he would be supporting UPA or Third Front in 2014 polls, but never considers BJP. This came as a shock to NDA which expected to form an alliance with YSR Congress in future.

Babai's Never ending wait for Abbai

Seems like, YS Vivekananda Reddy needs to wait until YSR-C Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy gets bail to meet him. The former minister has been trying in all possible ways to say a word with the Kadapa MP in Chanchalguda, but he is yet to get the permission for mulaqat.

Party sources say, Jagan only values the ones who stay with him in tough times and not the ones who surround him to enjoy the fruits. YS Viveka came to Chanchalguda quite a number of times, but left the place disappointed. Although family members were permitted to meet an inmate twice a week, Jagan is not interested to use that quota for his Babai.

YS Viveka ditched Jagan and continued with Congress, even after a party was floated by Kadapa MP to settle scores with his parent party. He knocked the doors of YSR Congress, as his appeal to nominate him for Rajya Sabha was turned down by the high command. Athough Viveka jumped from Congress to YSRC for better future, his troubles seems to continue for long!

ED's Single Day Settlement With YS Jagan

Enforcement Directorate has finally entered into the scene to grill YS Jagan in disproportionate assets case. While court has given two weeks time to ED for questioning, officials are just using only one day to a surprise.

In fact, ED is allowed to question Jagan between July 7th and 21st from 10am to 5pm every day. ED officials are however questioning YS Jagan only for today regarding the flow of foreign funds into his companies. As the Finance Ministry authorities are having clear evidences with them, it may not take much time for them to quiz Jagan, says a source. It is heard that if ED proves the role of Jagan in 'Hawala' through this single day settlement, the YSR-party chief will be shifted to a jail nearby Delhi for further questioning.

On the flip side, law experts are saying that once the questioning of ED is over, YS Jagan might get a temporary bail. That is what YS Vijayamma is also expecting and has already stated that Jagan is coming out in 15 days. 

Jagan hints at voting for Pranab?

It looks like YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and his party MLAs have more or less decided to vote for United Progressive Alliance candidate Pranab Mukherjee in the Presidential elections scheduled to be held on July 19.

There was a talk initially that Jagan party might abstain from voting as it does not want to vote for the veteran Congress leader because of the witch-hunting attitude of the Congress high command towards him. At the same time, it will not be able vote for National Democratic Alliance candidate P A Sangma, as it would send wrong signals to the minorities in the state. So, the best way is to abstain from the voting.

However, with Jagan filing a bail petition in the Supreme Court in which he requested that he should be allowed to vote in the Presidential elections, it is now evident that the party would definitely participate in the voting, instead of abstaining from it. So, which way the party would go? Party sources say Jagan would not go with the NDA candidate under any circumstances, as was made clear by him on several occasions. So, the only option is Pranab Mukherjee.

Sources say though Jagan is treating the Congress party with contempt, he has a lot of regard for Pranab because of the latter’s personal friendship with late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. So, Jagan party would vote for Pranab on this pretext of personal relationship between him and the YSR family, sources added

Jagan's Next Halt: Tihar Jail

As the CBI's interrogation is nearing completion, now it's the turn of Enforcement Directorate (ED) to get the custody of the Kadapa MP.

Enforcement Directorate has registered cases against Jagan under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) for allegedly attracting investments into his companies from private firms as part of the quid pro quo deal when his father late YSR was CM of the state, floating several briefcase companies and involvement  in hawala transactions.

While seeking the custody of Jagan, Enforcement Directorate mentioned in its petition that there is no need for any other agency to question the tainted leader as the CBI has already interrogated him. On the other hand, CBI's petition seeking permission for Narco Analysis Test on Jagan will come to hearing on July 4. However, ED is hopeful that the CBI court will dismiss the CBI's Narco petition. If this guess comes true, then ED is likely to get the custody of Jagan very soon and changes are high that the investigation sleuths will shift the YSRC chief from Chanchalguda to Tihar Jail for questioning.

If Cong loses, YSR-C will be in trouble

Politics is all about winning, losing and taking revenges. Right now, it is pretty clear as per exit poll survey that YSR Congress is going to top the show in by-polls. But, is this is a good sign for them if the ruling party loses miserably?    

Political Analysts say, it is not a good sign for YSRC! If the Congress loses this by-polls, then their leaders will not sit idle and there are chances for the Centre to intensify their investigation on Jagan's disproportionate assets from now. CM Kiran might cancel all the deals that are doled out to help investors of Jagathi with his pen power. If that happens, some investors will turn 'approvers' in the CBI investigation as they have already lost government deals and will lose their money pushed into Jagan's companies. So, before quitting the state, Congress government will try to push YSR-Congress into neck deep troubles. Off late, more than the corruption done by Cong ministers and MLAs, trouble created by Jagan will be considered as a big blow by the high command.   

Even though if most number of MLAs migrate to YSR Congress, they may tumble within an year or so as their driving force will be forced to sit in jail for years. Already, Enforcement Directorate is put in place to move Jagan out of Hyderabad. Sources say that Cong will not just focus on Jagan, but will look into the matters of other YSR-C leaders too. Let us see what happens.

Jagan and his gang looted Rs.16,97,335 crores worth

The CBI is likely to take cognisance of a file prepared by the ruling Congress government that reportedly puts assets of Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy far in excess of what has been reported.

The file was prepared after six ministers who also served in the YSR Cabinet came under CBI scrutiny for alleged role in alloting land and mining leases and granting favours to companies preferred by Jagan.

The file has found its way into offices of opposition parties, including the TDP, and the latter claims that the case made out by the CBI in its three charge-sheets so far against Jagan and his aides is just the tip of the iceberg.

YSR Congress chief owns 94,038 acres of land, valued at Rs 33,935 crore, and possesses mining leases for over 1,81,079 acres of land with a total turnover of Rs 16,63,400 crore.
Jagan is the actual owner of 822 acres of limestone mines allotted to Penna Cements. The reported turnover: Rs 3,600 crore.

Jagan owns 250 acres worth Rs 500 crore in the name of Tanla Solutions in Ranga Reddy district.

Owns 750 acres in Indu, Stargage, Brahmani SEZ worth Rs 1,500 crore; and 595 acres in Nadargul in Ranga Reddy district worth Rs 1,800 crore.

Owns 800 acres of limestone mines in Kurnool through Penna Cements worth Rs 3,000 crore.

About 329 acres of land allotted to OMC and Anantapur Mining Company owned by Gali Janardhana Reddy are owned by Jagan and the land is valued at Rs 10,000 crore.

Industrialist Indu Syam Prasad Reddy, an associate of Jagan, was allotted 8,844 acres to set up the Lepakshi Knowledge Hub at Anantapur and the land is valued at Rs 1,000 crore

Jagan for CBI custody for 2 more days

YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy is back in the custody of Central Bureau of Investigation in connection with his alleged illegal assets case.

The state high court on Friday granted the CBI a two-day custody of Jagan for further questioning in the case. The court allowed the CBI to question him on Saturday and Sunday.

The CBI argued before the high court that it needed to interrogate Jagan further as it had got more evidence against him. The CBI counsel said the investigating agency wanted to confront Jagan with fresh evidence.

The Kadapa MP was in the CBI custody for five days from June 3 to 7.  On Friday, the CBI court questioned him from Chanchalguda jail itself through video conferencing mode.

The judge asked whether he had faced any trouble from the CBI during the interrogation, for which he replied in the negative. The CBI also said the questioning was done in a respectable manner in the presence of his lawyers.

Govt's Strict Rules For Jagan's Family

It is not only Jagan, but his family members are also facing a strict code of conduct from the authorities. The other day Jagan's wife Bharati had tough time with Police to break the regular rules. 

A prisoner inside Chanchalguda will be allowed only to meet two times in a week through 'mulaqat'. An additional third time will be allowed under special provision from Jail superintendent. Jagan's family has availed the option for three times and requested a fourth one the other day. However, Jail authorities said a strict no to Bharathi even after she has waited for around one hour outside Chanchalguda prison. 

YSR Congress leaders are saying that MPs and MLAs are an excuse from such rules, but government is not imposing an iron foot to irk the family of Jagan. Law experts confirmed that there is no such provision for any VIP to meet his family more than three times a week as per our laws. YS Bharati will be allowed to meet her husband only on Monday again.

Jagan Should Follow Jr.NTR's Way

With many scenes turning reverse for Courts, CBI is surely getting an upper hand with their arguments. If Jagan's bail too happens that way, then he might use the way Jr.NTR followed to satisfy his followers and admirers.

Responding to Jagan's petition that he should be granted an interim bail for the sake of campaigning, Judge said that he can do it via TV and there is no need to attend the poll region in person. If you could remember, Jr.NTR followed the same route when he is struck with an accident during 2009 election campaign. He has successfully conducted live speeches on TV to enthral TDP cadres. Looks like now Jagan should follow the same route to get close to his voters, if at all court permits him.

Though Jagan plans to do such stunts, he may not go live on Television channels, says a law expert. This is because of the short time that will be provided by Jail authorities to record his message. All this depends on the judgement that will be passed today about his bail.

Amul, which is one of the most trusted and largest food brands in India, has been reaching out to the common people with the cartoons on the current issues with a funny edge and adding an uncurrent message to them. Earlier, Amul came up with similar funny cartoons on PM Manmohan, Obama, Lalit Modi, Sachin and Mamta Banerjee etc.

Jagan Warned Ram Gopal Varma !

Many gossips are heard in Film Nagar earlier that YS Jagan has warned film maker Ram Gopal Varma to chop his role in the movie that was shot by this maker. Now, these rumours are getting fueled by Vijayawada MP Lagadapati's words

Lagadapati commented today that Jagan has blackmailed Ram Gopal Varma to trim down his and his father's role from the movie. He confirmed that Ramu himself had told this to him. These comments have made YSR Congress leaders furious in turn. 'We'll know that Lagadapti makes assertions to gain publicity. Why is he silent all these days when Jagan is outside?' questioned YSR party Mahila leader Roja. 

However, a leader of Lagadapti stature is not expected to make any baseless allegations. Some other Film Industry insiders also confirmed that Ramu has chopped out few scenes he has shot keeping YSR and Jagan in mind. But there is no proof till date that Ramu has done that at the behest of Jagan!

Mopidevi Laughs - Jagan Turns Head

According to Chanchalguda Jail authorities interesting scenes are happening at our Celebrity Jail. With all those VIP khaidi's assembling at same place, speculations are on a rise about their face to face with each one of them.

An interesting scene happened when tainted Ex-minister Mopidevi landed at Chanchalguda the other day. With only one last room vacant during his entry, Mopidevi has to pass Jagan's barrack to enter it. However, this politician wore a pleasant smile on his face before catching his eyes with Jagan's. But our YSR party chief turned his head to the other side, without watching his face, says a TV report. 

They say that Jagan is interacting more with his partner-in-crime, Sunil Reddy (accused in Emaar case) before playing badminton with him in the morning. Surprisingly most of the VIP inmates at Chanchalguda are either Jagan's partners or the ones who lost their credibility due to Jagan's illegal assets case.

Jagan Sena Motto: Target Ram Charan!!

The arrest of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has come across as a major shock to the YSR Congress party members. Most of them were confident that no one will touch Jagan and he would emerge successful in the upcoming by-polls. But nothing of that sort happened and Jagan is currently in Chanchalguda jail.

And now, some of them are coming up with their reactions to this. One among them happened to be the mega powerstar Ram Charan. And what he said has not gone well with the Jagan Sena. Charan in his Twitter account mentioned that the government has shown guts in arresting Jagan.

Now, sources close to the YSR Congress camp mention that members of the Jagan Sena are not at all happy with Charan’s comment. They are planning to come up with few protests that is going to express their displeasure. They are launching a web campaign against Charan with paid news articles. Already some writers and web sites were selected to support their views. And Sakshi planning to attack Chiranjeevi on a war front with some articles related to Chiranjeevi’s family and recent IT raid to defame him one more time. They are even trying to highlight Charan – Tamanna intimacy. What Charan said is right or not, the coming days will show if any consequence occurs or not.
