As expected earlier, ys jaganmohan reddy isn’t granted the bail by CBI Nampally Court today. He is sent to 14 days of Judicial Remand in the disproportionate assets case on which CBI has been grilling the bigwigs. As per the judgment, Jagan will remain in prison till June 11. CBI isn’t happy as their petition to seek Judicial Custody of the accused has not been heard by Judge A. Pullaiah.
Soon after the judgment is delivered, Jagan is shifted to Chanchalguda Jail and he will be accorded the privilege of Special Category Prisoner. As per the reports, Jagan is given ‘Khaidi No. 6093.’ Tight security has been arranged Chanchalguda Prison. The main accusations of CBI include Corruption, Cheating, Criminal conspiracy, Criminal breach of Trust and Falsification of Accounts.
