Mega producer Allu Aravind revealed to some media persons the other day that Chiru is waiting for the Cabinet Minister post to start work on his 150th film. With Pranab's exit from cabinet, surely there will be a shuffle in the posts and Chiru is waiting eagerly. So, Megastar is quite ready for his 150th film but only waiting for the Minister post to start it.Seems like there is no connection between these two, but it is true.

They say that Chiru is struck with the fear that Congress might reject him off the post saying that he damaged the image of party by acting in films again. If there is no such feeling, then why such a huge delays to start that most awaited flick?

One would really wonder what Chiru will get with that Cabinet Minister post that lasts less than a couple of years. Maybe, only Allu Aravind can tell the importance of that post than his 150th movie!

Chiranjeevi’s Dream Project

It’s a story of the past which has now made its way to the present. ActorChiranjeevi in his hay days carried a dream in his eyes of making it toHollywood. He then decided to make a film in Hollywood style in our very own tollywood.

At the same time he was busy with his movie called Kodama Simham. Latter on as he completed this movie he came up with a movie titled as Abu Baghdad Gajadonga. This was the movie which he wanted to make inHollywood style.

The movie script dealt with a sensitive topic on Muslims. Apparently a scene in the movie required the tearing of a page from the Holy Koran. As the news spread it made the Muslim community angry as it was a disrespect shown. They raised a protest which in turn shelved this project.

Now, nearly 15 to 20 years latter actor Ram Charan Teja wants to full fill his father’s dream. He will be reviving this project with Chiranjeevi as the main lead and he himself will be producing it.

This project may see the fulfilling of two dreams, one of Chiranjeevi making aHollywood style movie and two of Ram Charan Teja wanting to produceChiranjeevi’s 150^th film. Chiranjeevi eyes on Bharateeyudu Sequel

Rajamouli cleared the air that he is not going to direct Chiranjeevi's 150th movie. So the doubts over Chiru's landmark film are still on. The latest buzz says that Chiranjeevi is desperately trying to get the attention of director Shankar whom he publicly asked to make a film with him.

Chiranjeevi came to know that producer AM Rathnam is planning to make a sequel to Kamal Hassan's Bharateeyudu in Shankar direction. Kollywood media says that Ajith is likely to play the lead role in this film. Chiranjeevi is looking for a proper script that suits his age and also the current political image. So he believes that Bharateeyudu would be the safe bet which would meet his requirements.

On the other hand it is Shankar, who would never falter in delivering the goods. So Chiranjeevi is trying hard to convince AM Rathnam for Bharateeyudu sequel. Chiru earlier starred in AM Rathnam's Sneham Kosam. He also produced Bangaram with Pawan Kalyan.

Rajamouli not working with Chiranjeevi

It looks like whatever ace director S S Rajamouli does ends up becoming news one way or the other. Recently, when he tweeted that Chiranjeevi appreciated his efforts for Eega, some gossip websites reported that S S Rajamouli might end up directing Chiranjeevi’s 150th film. Ever since Chiranjeevi formally agreed to make a comeback to silver screen, the search for the right director to helm the project has been going on and Rajamouli’s name popped up in the news. However, S S Rajamouli has vehemently denied the news that he is going to direct Chiranjeevi’s next film. He tweeted saying, “News bout Chiranjeevi Garu offering me to direct his 150th film is completely false. My next film after Eega is with Prabhas.”
S S Rajamouli’s next film with Prabhas has already been announced earlier this year. Shobu Yarlagadda, Prasad Devineni and K Raghavendra Rao are going to produce the film and MM Keeravani is going to compose the music of this big budget period film. S Ravinder will be the art director. Story discussions and other pre-production work will begin once Rajamouli wraps up Eega.

He also promised him a share in profits as well. Many don’t know that Allu Aravind shouted on SS Rajamouli for shooting up the budget of 'Magadheeera' before its release. Indeed, the same Allu Aravind laurelled Rajamouli for giving such great historical film in the matter of collections, later.

As he embarks on his 150th film, Chiranjeevi says he has no regrets about the brickbats he received, his entry to politics or his daughter’s marriage going wrong.

There can be only one Chiranjeevi. In dance, there have been and are many technically perfect dancers in the Indian film industry but none could bring in the perfect rhythm and grace that Chiranjeevi did. No other actor could whip up the kind of mass hysteria that he does on the eve of his film’s release. The announcement of his return to films for his 150th film too sent his fans into a frenzy and now they are in a festive mood as the charming actor has begun to make his presence felt just when the Telugu film industry was feeling his absence. His 150th film titled Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy will revolve around the Indian freedom struggle and would in all probability be his last, as he gears up to take on more important responsibilities as a politician.
Nursing a sore throat that he’d got from tasting teertham from many Ganesh pandals, Chiranjeevi laughs and remarks that it isn’t quite correct to use the term ‘back to films‘. “There is a difference between saying the girl has `come to her parents home’ and the girl has left her hubby and returned to her parents’ home.”

In a relaxed mood on Saturday morning, the actor recounts his experiences on his entry in politics. He actually sees a similarity between his debuts in the political and film fields. “Keeping the winning and losing aspects aside, I feel it has been a wonderful start. My first film Praanam Khareedu was a flop but that didn’t stop me from becoming successful. So it is in politics. The emotional turbulence I had gone through, the challenges I took up at that age, the debut in a different alien area… yet the journey itself was enjoyable. Now I don’t see 18 seats as a number, I see people’s affection, faith and the trust they reposed on me, I see responsibility. I may be a veteran in films but I’m still young in politics. Stardom didn’t come to me easily and I know it will come in politics too when the time is right. I’m going through a feeling of enthusiasm and struggle in politics just as I did in my first few films.”

Don’t people say politics is a drama without make up? Chiranjeevi avers that in every field there is an amount of negativity but he prefers to draw only the positivesfrom his experiences. “I’ve learnt, evolved through the bitter experiences, trained to live through it. If you wish to see hatred, you’ll see only that. I’ve derived strength through my honesty. There are many people in good positions without vested interests seeking politics as a wonderful platform to serve people. I took up films to make a living, but now I want to live for the people. Politics is not a necessity, it is a boon. If one day people hurled eggs at me, they also showered me with flowers; after rain there is always sunshine.”

Chiranjeevi is looking more handsome than ever, having lost ten kilos in two years. The glow is back on his face and he looks content. He bares his heart, “The smile and contentment you see is because of my daughter. She is back with me; I was agonised to see her marry a wrong person. The fact that she realised the mistake and regretted it makes me happy. Just when I thought everything was going fine, I was jolted out of my complacency. I’ve seen my life dip in the last few years. The emotional turbulence made me introspect and analyse. I had to wait for the dust to settle but for that I needed patience and a positive attitude. Also one got to be surrounded by positive people, without these people I would have lost the opportunity to move ahead.”

The actor says sternly that it is not in his nature to distance people or nurse grudges;he had forgiven a lot of people. “Those who left me are getting back now… my friends, my staff. The experience has made me emotionally strong, I’ve learnt to take it easy, I’m not going to let people affect me, they cannot make me cry. You know your strength only when someone hits you. Now I know that I’m strong enough to be in politics.”

Recently, his son, Ram Charan had announced that he would be producing Chiranjeevi’s 150th film. Although, details of the director and other cast and crew members isn’t clear yet, sources close to the actor say that the work on the film will begin in couple of months. Since Chiranjeevi is an active member of Congress now, it’ll be a tough task to juggle between politics and films. Let’s see how Megastar Chiranjeevi manages this time since a similar situation had arisen last year as well when Charan announced that Chiranjeevi would make a comeback to films.
