The Sensational beauty Shruti Haasan is the leading lady for the new movie Gabbar Singh starring power star Pawan Kalyan. Now, it is heard that the character name of Shruti is revealed and she is named as Bhagyalakshmi. If one can recall, Pawan's earlier movie Jalsa had the heroine Ileana having the same screen name. The film is being directed by Harish Shankar while Ganesh Babu is the producer. Music is by Devi Sri Prasad and the film is a summer 2012 release.

Gabbar Singh first teaser titled, Arakshanam lo arachakam !

Gabbar Singh movie director Harish Shankar has named the first teaser of his movie as“Arakshanam lo Arachakam”.
The first cut of the trailer is ready and he’s making all preparations to give it right sounds and release it for fans on the eve of Mahasivaratri, 20th february.

Gabbar Singh’s present schedule will continue till 26th of this month at RFC and then the unit will move to paris for picturising a romantic duet on the lead pair Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan.

Gabbar Singh music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad and audio will be released after ugadi this year and movie on 27 april 2012.

power star pawan kalyan's 'Gabbar Singh' is being canned at Ramoji Film City now. It is reportedly learnt that a big market set has been erected in the film city to get the movie's shoot done. Pawan Kalyan is known to have participated in some interesting scenes in this set. The shooting will be progressing in the same place till 26th of this month.

Shruthi Haasan is pairing up with Pawan Kalyan in this mass entertainer. Devi Sri Prasad is rendering the music. As per the sources, the title song of this movie came out extremely well in the composition of Devi. The audio release of the movie is expected to be in the last week of March while the tentative release date of this movie so far is 27th April.

Shruti Haasan is pretty kicked about playing a village belle in her upcoming venture, ” Gabbar Singh”. She is paired opposite Pawan Kalyan in this film directed by Harish Shankar. “I am playing a rustic village girl’s character for the first time.
I’ve always played independent, modern characters in my films so far, and I am enjoying the challenge of getting into the character of a village girl,” she says.

Admittedly she is looking her “beautiful best” in this flick.
The multi faceted actor is celebrating her birthday today and apparently she is flying to Mumbai to be with her mother and sister.

Gabbar Singh' doesn't care for Sankranthi

Heroine Change for 'Gabbar Singh'!

If media reports are to be believed upon, beautiful actress Shruthi Hasan who is finalized as heroine besides Pawan Kalyan in gabbar singh might be replaced with Goan hottie Ileana. Film being a remake of Dabangg, director Harish Shankar and producer Ganesh Babu do not want to take any risks at this point of time. In fact Shruthi signed the project and was ready to attend a 10 day schedule in Tamil Nadu that was put off due to Pawan Kalyans backache.

As Power Star is now ready for new schedule completing Panjaa in total, production house are discussing on second thoughts about replacing Shruthi with Ileana. gabbar singh is Rs.40 Crores budgeted film and makers are looking at possibility of making a bigger league actress join their unit. A source close to Ileana confirmed this news saying that gabbar singh unit members approached her and they are working on the possibilities of accommodating Ileanas dates between Bunny and Pawan Kalyans projects.
