Starting his journey as Prince and reaching to a Superstar position now is after all strenuous hard work and focus. Mahesh babu surely deserves awards for that and here goes the latest one.

Mahesh has won his third Filmfare award the other day for his stunning performance in the role of a talented cop in 'Dookudu'. The star hero of Tollywood has stunned everyone with his funny one-liners while receiving the award. "The reason why the Best Actor award is announced in the end is because they don't want people to leave. If they give me first, people will leave... that's what Dhanush just told me", stated Mahesh, sending the whole crowds into laughs.

This is the third 'Best Actor' Filmfare award for Mahesh after he has won for Okkadu and Pokiri earlier.

Mahesh's luck vs. Puri's bad luck

Prince mahesh babu is smiling non-stop ever since the release of his last film Dookudu. The films success and its record breaking collections have brought in a new found energy in Prince. He is now determined to do no less than three films in a year. mahesh babus new film Businessman is all set to hit the screens on January 11. mahesh babu is naturally confident that the film will become a big, big hit and overtake the collections of Dookudu.

On the other hand director Puri Jagannath is going through a lean patch. None of his films after Desamudhuru made it big at the box office.
