Music Director Unhappy With Telugudesam

One popular music director of Telugu industry is quite unhappy with the recent decisions of Telugudesam party. Though many celebrities are unhappy he is the first to come out, at least with an indirect comment.

Once upon a time celebrated and now struggling celebrity, RP Patnaik is questioning the use of political party that is not voting in Presidential election. 'When a responsible political party stays away from voting for the presidential election, does that party has right to ask for votes from public?' asks RP.

Frankly speaking, political parties are representing the public in Presidential election and refraining from voting means, not allowing that public to choose their President. These comments are aimed at none but TDP, as they are the only party in state biting nails and voting to no one.

Political observers say that TDP is losing its sheen day by day by these extreme decisions. But Telugudesam folks are supporting their decision by saying that they are upholding the faith of people as none of the presidential candidates are suitable for welfare of people.

TDP to be wiped out after 2014, says RK

Andhra Jyothy managing director Vemuri Radhakrishna has sounded a warning signal for the Telugu Desam Party, stating that the party is going to be wiped out after 2014, if it does not come to power in the next elections or at least stand in the second position.
Known for his pro-TDP stand, Radhakrishna in his weekly column on Saturday blamed it on the intense power struggle going on in the N T Rama Rao family for holding the party reins. He found fault with Naidu for trying to promote his son Lokesh Naidu as his heir apparent and NTR’s sons – Harikrishna and Balakrishna for trying to take control of the party without understanding the ground realities. He was very critical of Balakrishna’s demand for a working president post in the TDP, unmindful of the fact that the people are yet to repose their faith in the party.
The column pointed out how YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has been systematically hitting the TDP below the belt by launching “Operation Kamma,” attracting the Kamma sections towards his party. The TDP has already lost the support of weaker sections and it is hard to woo them back to the party. “Instead of concentrating on who should take over the party – Balakrishna or Junior NTR or Lokesh Naidu, the NTR family should strive to get back their lost credibility. Unless it gets into No. 1 or No. 2 positions in the state, the party will disappear from the state political spectrum,” he warned.

Balayya Is Responsible For TDP's Defeat

Balayya Is Responsible For TDP's Defeat

Telugudesam party has not put any promising and respectful show in the recent by-polls. One of the factors for their defeat in Anantapur constituency is none other than Nandamuri hero Balayya.

Balakrishna has fought well within the party to get a ticket for his friend Mahalakshmi Srinivas for Anantapur constituency. However, the Jagan wave has wiped this guy off from a win after he has fallen behind with 25K votes nearly. They say that, at least if Balayya had stepped in for campaigning, Srinivas would have given a tough fight to YSRC contestant.

Telugudesam seniors are saying that Balayya should take care of both party and the person whom he recommended strongly for a ticket. Maybe Balayya's presence would have made a difference, if his baava Chandrababu had given him a chance to campaign. Being the star-face of the party, Balakrishna should not miss a single chance from now to drive TDP to victory in this crisis situation.
