'Yevadu' Is Flop Film's Remake?

Taking inspiration from yesteryear movies and remaking them are two different lines. With the dearth of original content and quality storylines, many moviemakers have been adopting this strategy. And now, it looks like even the new movie ‘Yevadu’ seems to be a cocktail of that.

According to sources, the Ram Charan starrer is reportedly a mix of two films- ‘Manavudu Danavudu’ starring Krishna and the Hollywood movie ‘Face Off’ starring John Travolta and Nicolas Cage. However, ‘Manavudu Danavudu’ tanked at the box office at that time.

Though this is the strong buzz, few others are saying that director Vamshi Paidipally may have tweaked those scripts to suit the taste of the Telugu audience. The film also has Allu Arjun doing an important cameo so if the speculation about lifting from old movies is right, it remains to be seen how effectively it has been shaped up.

'Yevadu' Dialogue Rubs Mahesh Babu




Star rivalries are common in film circuit though they are not open about it. And lately, a lot has been happening between the groups of prince Mahesh Babu and mega powerstar Ram Charan Tej. Now, it is heard that Charan's new project might have something that may not go well with Mahesh.

We are talking about the film 'Yevadu' and it is heard that there is a dialogue which goes "naa daggara unnadi naaku telusu...nenu ade cheputha...nee daggara lenidi undante maathram... inkem cheppanu.. guddaloodadeesthaa"

A unit member who was part of the shooting at a shopping mall recently revealed something like this is there and it is written keeping Mahesh Babu in mind. Incidentally, the hero says this to villain. The implication is towards Mahesh Babu's records. Of course, the subject and context of the dialogue is not known.

But the analysts say if this dialogue is there then there could be some danger. Let us hope this is not true, if it is there then director Vamsi Paidipally better take it off. 

Yevadu Shoot Going Great : Ram Charan

Mega Power Star Ram Charan Teja has started shooting for his next film Yevadu in the direction of Vamsi Paidipally who earlier directed Munna and Brindavanam movies with Prabhas and Jr.NTR respectively.

Ram Charan informed that Yevadu shooting is going great and he praised his director Vamsi Paidipally for this, “Yevadu shooting is going great. Vamsi Paidipally is shooting at GRT speed, excellent clarity and quality. That’s what any actor desires from a director.”

Dil Raju is producing Yevadu on the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations and Devi Sri Prasad is composing the tunes for the Mega Power Star. Yevadu has two heroines, the gorgeous Samantha and the stunning British model Amy Jackson, who is debuting in Tollywood with this film
