Remakes and dubbings of films have been on the rise across Indian cinema and a lot is going from the south to the north and vice-versa. Now, it is heard that a recent Bollywood release has come into the Tollywood radar and this is likely to be remade for the Telugu audience.
We are talking about the movie ‘Cocktail’ starring Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty. The story revolves around a love triangle of sorts and this has raised some interest in filmnagar. It is heard that Bellamkonda Suresh is planning to buy the rights of the film and has sent his team to Mumbai for talks.
If that is working then chances are high that Siddharth, Nithya Menon and Ileana would be roped in for the project. Sources say the script will also be tweaked a bit to suit the nativity of the Telugu audience though it would be an urban entertainer. Let us wait for the official confirmation on this folks
