Pawan targets Chiru's Vacated A-Seat

The rumor and denial of pawan kalyan being injured in shoot of Gabbar Singh is not with-standing. Currently shoot is almost in final stage and audio is all set for release on April 7 at Tirupati. Yes, Pawan seems to have picked up this venue intentionally after Chiranjeevi vacating Tirupati Assembly seat and went up to Rajya Sabha. There is every need for a mega event in temple town and the audio function has come in handy.

Well, there might be many speculations to turn around once pawan kalyan steps into Tirupati but the event is cinematically colored and there is no political significance. Shruti Hasan is playing the female lead while Bollywood actress Malaika Arora has been roped for an item song Munni Badnam Hui.

Racha Or Dammu: Who Wins Hearts?

Celebrations have begun in Tollywood circles with the clock ticking for two of the biggest movies of the season. Ram Charan’s ‘Racha’ and Jr.NTR’s ‘Dammu’ are competing with each other to win the hearts of people this summer.

It took more than a year for Charan to recover from the debacle of ‘Orange’. Amidst many controversies, accidents and fanfare, ‘Racha’ is aimed for a summer release. Audio was a partial success with a couple of songs holding our excitement. But, trailers have created the max hype for ‘Racha’, with punch dialogues and Charan’s steps. Director Sampath Nandi is full confident about the output, though this is just his second movie.

Advantage Racha: Needless to say, Charan’s dialogues and dances will remain on top, as this is a commercial mass-masala entertainer. To spice it up, heroine Tamannah’s unstoppable sex-appeal is used to a max to woo masses.

2011 is a bitter experience for Jr.NTR with two flops coming his way. Shakti and Oosaravelli have rubbed the wrong side of audiences, especially his fans. In a bid to get back into groove, NTR kept all experiments aside to take up a mass project ‘Dammu’ with director Boyapati Seenu. Peppy mass numbers of the audio album are wooing a section of audience well. Like all NTR’s movies, this too is a package of thumping dialogues and stage smashing dances. Lady glamour is not to so ravishing from Trisha and Karthika, but goes okay with frontbenchers.

Advantage Dammu: NTR and his dialogues are the biggest assets followed by dances. Director Boyapati Seenu is a tough taskmaster and specialist in mass-films. He starts ‘mass’ from the point where VV Vinayak stopped in Tollywood.

Much awaited summer release of Ramcharan Tej's Racha is into big religious trouble now.Buddists in the state have let out the war cry against in Racha owing to the famous song sequence Vana Vana Velluvaya in front of the idol of the Lord Buddha in the film and hence they termed it as obscene.

K.V Ramana,a member of the governing body of the all India Lay Buddhist Organisation claimed “Lord Buddhastands for peace and represents India’s culture in many other countries. We are hurt by the dance number where they performed with everything ‘open’ in front of LordBuddha. It’s an insult to Lord Buddha, Buddhism and its followers. We are all condemning it. These scenes should be removed before the movie is released.”

He added that they will launch an agitation bringing all other Buddhist organisations onto one platform demanding that the makers or the Censor Board cut the scenes from the movie and he also threatened to move the courts if the film is released with the controversial scenes. Some posters of the movie were also burnt by agitators who also wrote to the Chief Minister, home minister about their grievances.Let's wait and see how Cherry reacts and the makers of the movie will solve this problem.
